What times are lessons and how long are they?

 

Lessons are about 2 hours and begin at 8 am and 10 am - 8 am lesson is usually less crowded

 

What should i bring?

 

Swimwear, a towel, a refeshment, sunblock

 

Are there sharks in the ocean?

 

yes, there are...

Do I need to be a great swimmer?

You must be a competent swimmer with at least intermediate skills, and feel comfortable swimming in the ocean in water over your head.
